Shipping Methods
REWIND EYEWEAR online store delivers parcels all over the world via DHL. All orders are processed within 48 hours. However, orders made on weekend or during Italian holidays might experience a slight delay. Most items arrive to your door within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your order; however, this shipping windows are estimated and the durations cannot be guaranteed.

REWIND EYEWEAR online store will not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of us.

Shipping Costs
REWIND EYEWEAR online store charges shipping cost for each order. This price is converted and displayed in the currency your selected. The currency rate that is used is always the rate at the time of the transaction.
In case that customer refuses the delivery of the parcel for any reason, shipping costs and any fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded. Once orders are sent, order cancellation and/or change of delivery address are no longer possible. Please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

Duties & Taxes                                                                                                   International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) / Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees applied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are collected directly by the courier upon delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Customers will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB) when the order is dispatched. To monitor the delivery status, customers may visit DHL official website (http://www.dhl.com/en.html) and insert the given AWB number in the specific area “Track Your Shipment”.
Once the goods ordered are delivered to your designated delivery address, they become your rightful ownership. At this point, you will assume responsibility for these goods, and FLORENCE DISTRIBUTION SRL relinquishes any further obligation for their maintenance or care.
